SQL command to stop work in pgAdmin 4

I have Postgres 9.6 installed on a developer's PC, and the restore seems to have failed. Even after reinstalling (completely remove Postgres and PgAdmin, including the database and the installed new version), windows will appear (even if these tables no longer exist). How to delete these scheduled tasks? Is there an SQL statement to stop them?
