IPhone Screen Capture with QuickTime mutes sounds on device

I can’t play sound on my iPhone after connecting it through the lighting cable to my Macbook Pro and turn on “Movie Recording” from this iPhone in QuickTime Player.

My goal is not to record a movie that simply displays on the screen what is happening on the iPhone, but I'm with sound on the device. After starting a screen capture session from the iPhone screen on a MacBook, I cannot hear the sound from my iPhone.

I hear only the sound when: - I connect the headset to the iPhone, and then I hear the sound in the headphones. - The sound returns after disconnecting the capture session in QuickTime, but this is not what I want, because now I do not see the iPhone screen on the MacBook screen.

Am I doing something wrong?

My MacBook OSX: 10.11.6, iOS: 10.0.2

To record sound from a mobile device, you must also turn on the microphone enter image description here

Make sure your phone is installed for both the camera and microphone. If it falls / closes, do not worry. Start recording the video again. It should start recording both the screen and sound from your iPhone / iPad.

You tried, however, but changed the cable, then it works fine. I think your cable is interrupted.
