Import form file in postgis using pgAdmin 4?

Question

I am new to postgreSQL and postGIS.

I can find multi-user videos that show how to import a form file into postgis via pgAdmin 3. But pgAdmin 3 is no longer supported.

How to do it with pgAdmin 4?
