Jenkins archive artifacts - what format?

Question

I cannot figure out how to use the main artifact archive. I want to archive the whole subtree, but calling it doesn't seem to work. Also the directory / ** and the directory / ** /

I read the ant document, but that makes no sense to me.

How to specify a subtree? Or ... where can I find a meaningful description of what is happening in this field?

Directory /**/*.* → Recursively all files in the Directory section

** / *. * → all files in the workspace

** / *. xml -> all xml files in your workspace.

Catalog/**/*. xml -> Recursively all xml files in a Directory section
