In WSO2, how do I upgrade / lower my subscription level?

Suppose a user signs up for Api1 with a silver bus. And now the user wants to upgrade the same subscription to Gold. How the user will do this in the wso2 store. Is any web service available to update this plan / level.

You cannot renew your subscription directly. Instead, you can delete the current subscription and subscribe again with a new level.
