When I try to go to my Chrome web server in Google Chrome, it says it takes too long to respond. Using localhost really works, but my own IP address is not working. I need to be able to do this with my own IP address as I want to use it with an AirConsole developer simulator
Does anyone know how I can make this work?
By default, the web server for Chrome only listens for the loopback address (127.0.0.1). To listen to it at your LAN address, select the "Available on local network" check box, then stop and restart the server using the switch at the top.
You should now see your LAN address in the Url (s) list of the web server.
You have many devices using your router. You can usually enter the IP address of the router in the search bar and view the settings. Otherwise, restart the router, as this will clear the cache and may start working again.
