Gradient descent algorithm does not converge in Haskell

I am trying to implement a gradient descent algorithm in an Andrew Ng ML course. After reading the data, I try to implement the following, updating my list of theta values 1000 times, with the expectation of some convergence.enter image description here

This algorithm gradientDescent. I know that a typical cause of this problem is that the alpha may be too big, but when I change the alpha with a coefficient n, for example, my results change in n. The same thing happens when I change iterationsto a coefficient n. I want to say that this may be due to haskell laziness, but I'm completely not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
