Xcode error ITMS-90168 "The binary you uploaded is not valid."

Question

I just updated Xcode (8.1), Application Loader (3.0). I tested my application on my iPhone 7 (iOS 10.1.1) and worked fine.

I tested it on Xcode, and when I try to download the Loader application, the attached error is displayed.

I don’t want to do it anymore. I need to run the application!

The problem is the bootloader; Your version is outdated uninstal Xcode and reinstall to get the latest version and send a new application
