Access the public DC / OS service address

Question

I deployed the service to DC / OS with the following configuration

when I access this address ( http://eureka.marathon.l4lb.thisdcos.directory:8761/ ), it says that the site cannot be reached, although all the services are healthy on my dashboard.
How can I access a public IP service?

I don’t know if this is related or not, but when I look at the load balancing configuration of my public subordinates, I get 0 of 2 instances in service

<vip-name>.marathon.l4lb.thisdcos.directory:<vip-port>is the internal virtual IP address configured with VIP_0env var in your example.
