Is it possible to import a .publishsettings file into the community edition of Visual Studio 2015?

In Visual Studio 2015 (community version), I see no way to import a .publishsettings file to create a .pubxml file without having to fill in all the “Connection and Settings” fields manually. From the search, I decided that it should look like this (not sure which version this applies to):

Does VS2015 Community Edition support import? If so, how do you do it?

In conclusion, after 6 months with 76 views, 2 polls, no answers, additional information on the Internet on this topic, I came to the conclusion that this is not possible in the community version of 2015.
