Atom control command stops working after restart

Every time I restart my computer, shell commands for the atom stop working and I get the zsh command not found, and if I run ln -s / Applications / Atom.app / Contents / Resources / app / atom.sh / usr / local / bin / atom, it says the file already exists.

I run it from the Applications folder, so the answer I get to move it from download to applications is incorrect. Does anyone know what I can do so that I don’t have to install shell commands every time I turn off the computer? Thank you
