Service Visual Recognition use the text recognition feature. It was available in an earlier beta version of the service, but has since been ported to a closed beta version in accordance with the release notes :
Now text recognition is closed beta - we are back in a closed beta with methods POSTand GET /v3/recognize_text. We look forward to continued support for BETA customers using this service without ongoing plans for yet another open beta.
