Enter a phrase to transfer PEM when converting a PKCS # 12 certificate to PEM

I use OpenSSL to convert my "me.p12" to PEM. When I create "me.p12", I set a password for it. "Me.p12" contains the private key and certificate.

When I convert it to PEM, I run the command:

openssl pkcs12 -in me.p12 -out me.pem

Then he asked me Import Password:

I entered the password that I set in "me.p12", it was confirmed OK. But next time he asks me:

Enter PEM pass phrase:

I have no idea what that is? When I create "me.p12", I did not set another password. So what is this? How to understand this?
