We would like to replace HL7 v2 A01 transactions with FHIR resource transactions and want to know what parameters A01 should display for FHIR resources. Based on research in documents and discussions, I highlight two potential options:
- (a) Encounter ADT map with extensions for child resource links
- (b) ADT model as an FHIR messaging process with multiple resource bundle and binding information
What are your recommendations?
