I had an annoying problem with installing Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise. I just switched to a mobile project and I got the source code from version control. The solution consists of several mobile projects (Android, iOS) that work fine and a UWP project that refuses to download. The solution browser says:
This project requires you to download the Visual Studio update. Right-click on the project and select "Download Update"
After clicking “Download update”, this page is presented to me: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/sdk-archive . I tried downloading all three SDKs (I don’t think this is an emulator problem, so I didn’t bother downloading emulator installers).
All three throw this error:

I tried changing the installation of Visual Studio from the control panel, but as you can see, the installer claims that all Windows SDKs are installed:

I tried reinstalling the SDK. I tried reinstalling Visual Studio 2 times, one of them turned on full uninstall by running
vs_enterprise.exe /uninstall /force
on the command line, but to no avail.
