Related functions listed together in the R package documentation

I am developing an R package in which functions fall into logical groups; "Input", "Data Munging", "Analysis", "Output", "Info" and "Utils". I want the index of my package to be divided into these main categories in that order, with the functions in each group listed in alphabetical order. I do not want anything stupid, like several cascading levels; one level will be good.

The R package documentation system (which is otherwise great - thanks guys!) Gives me an index with vignettes and a DESCRIPTION at the top, and then all the functions in alphabetical order. I thought roxygen2 tags such as @familyor @describeInwould do the trick, but they don't. I also noticed that some packages have their own index, broken down by the initial letter of the function, but a quick look at the source code of Github does not suggest anything useful. Googling and Stackexchanging do not go beyond some hacks, such as this , which refers to lattice.

I can’t believe that I am the first person in the history of R who wanted to do this! I usually assume that reasonable sounds will be lightweight, or at least possible in open source packages - they are usually written by intelligent people, but I don’t understand here.
