Build a line using the d3.js library in the Power BI visual representation

I'm struggling to sketch a sigle line in a Power BI visual. Power BI reports are recorded using TypeScript and d3.js v.3.0. I can plot the axes, but the line does not appear. Using pure d3.js in an HTML file is very simple, but it is difficult to integrate with TypeScript due to the persistence of captions.

When developing this code, I had several typing issues. The code below almost works. Take a look at this snippet. A typing problem occurs when I delete "any" below.
