I recently downloaded the beta version of Xcode 8. When I try to open the simulator, it is stuck on an Apple black screen and I get a crash message for "SpringBoard".
Any ideas? I am glad to change if I did not leave anything.
Thanks in advance!
This is a known issue mentioned in the release notes and is related to problems during the download and installation process. If you do not follow the installation instructions exactly, you can solve this problem.
The workaround is pretty simple:
, , Xcode 6 Betas. , , Xcode-Beta.app . Xcode â Preferences â Locations. " " , , , Xcode 7. , Xcode. Xcode 8.
, Xcode â Window â Devices . . , , Xcode "Open Developer Tool â Simulator". . , , . , , Xcode .
, , , , .
SpringBoard : 0

Note. It will remove the entire application from the simulator.
