Ios - whatsapp url scheme does not work when adding hashtag (% 23)

Question

I have an angular website with a whatsappshare button using url-scheme.

I am trying to open whatsapp with text containing url. Like angular sites, the site name contains hashtag (%23). As in the following example:

whatsapp://send?text=Hello All%0AHow are you%0A%0Ahttp://www.example.com/%23/login

This works great on an Android device.

However, on iOS, whatsapp opens, but the text does not fall into the input area. (in particular version 9, since I only have devices of this version)

Any suggestions?
