Change the color-color selection checkbox

Question

I am trying to change the border color in the options box for my own selections. I only need to support chrome (electronic application), so do not worry about backward compatibility. In the attached image below you can see the orange border. This is the color I want to change.

Wrap the div around the select html tag and set the border color of this div.
