I'm currently trying to debug a memory leak in one of my applications (yes, that shit is again ...) and trying to set the settings gflags, but the dialog will not open. I installed the Windows 10 SDK (I am on Windows 7 x64), but he said that it works both on Win7 and in the description, so why can't I use it at all?
gflags
If I run gflagsfrom the command line, nothing happens, there is no error, feedback, nothing.
Does anyone know what could happen on my system?
According to http://www.osronline.com/showThread.CFM?link=278979 , you will need to wait for the new version (which, apparently, does not exist since January 2017) which containsgflagsui.dll
gflagsui.dll
Known issue to be fixed in an upcoming release. You should be able to use the version of GFlags installed with any of 8 or 8.1 kits, or a copy of gflagsui.dll from them. You can also use GFlags via the command line: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff549566(v=vs.85).aspx

Try opening the elevated command prompt.
cd to install the folder (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Windows Kits \ 10 \ Debuggers \ x64)
Enter gflags /?
