Fatal error: QuickTime / QuickTime.h file not found

Question

I upgraded my macOS to Sierra and some of my files disappeared. The most important was the Allegro library. I try to install it again as a video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJtmJfWNTJY ) that I saw the first time that I installed, but the following error message showed:

'$Users/macbookpro/Downloads/allegro/include/allegro5/platform/alosx.h:43:12: fatal error: 
      'QuickTime/QuickTime.h' file not found'
  #import <QuickTime/QuickTime.h>

I searched for it, and I found that these are just the change options in Xcode, however I do not use Xcode to compile my code, albeit for the terminal. Any hint?
