Netbeans IDE 8.1 Notification for Class Length

I am using Netbeans IDE 8.1 version for MVC (Codeigniter). In the model, I get a warning, because the class is 251 lines long (200 is acceptable). What is the exact meaning of this warning, and if not allowed, what exactly will happen?

Firstly, this warning has nothing to do with CodeIgniter. NetBeans just gives you a welcome advisory warning that your PHP class is longer than 200 lines (251 lines in your case).
