Working with a Facebook subscription with localhost

I have a React / Horizon application with a Facebook login. I am wondering if there is an opportunity to work with facebook with a login with localhost?

You need to register as a facebook developer and create an application there. After registering your web application, you can go to your application and click "Add Product".

Add Facebook Login. Then enable OAuth Login and add your localhost in the text box below and save, you should have access to it. Attaching a sample screenshot of my facebook application.
