Hystrix Software Modifiable Properties

Question

I have a circuit breaker that I would like to change the parameters for runtime. Things such as streams and timeout must be configured on the customer’s website.

I create HystrixCommandProperties.Setter as follows:

MyCommand implements the standard HystrixCommand and calls super (hystrixProps).

This works for the first time, but when I try to change properties at runtime (same group name), nothing happens. Is there any other way to programmatically change this?

I do not want to go through property files or provide an Archaius URL.
