How to check Pentaho kettle version from command line?

I know that I can check the Pentaho version by opening spoon.sh in vi mode, but Pentaho installed in the production environment does not have this information. Probably some employee in front of me edited it. So is there any other way that I can know the version of Pentaho that is used on the server?

Go to the command line and enter this command to see the version of the teapot. Your production server can now use the Linux or Windows box. Depending on the type of platform, use the following command:

Linux:

./kitchen.sh -version

Windows:

Kitchen.bat -version

-, Pentaho (PUC). → .
