FCM Pricing and Utilization Limits for a Commercial Application

Is there a list of FCM usage rates for commercial apps built to generate revenue? Or is FCM completely free for commercial applications too?

Is there any page in the Firebase documentation that reports all usage restrictions and their prices if boundaries cross?

The limits we want to know:

  • No. devices can be added to the device group.
  • No. messages can be sent per day
  • The maximum number of topics can be created.

Any other restrictions, with the exception of the message size of 4 KB, are the maximum resettable key. Thank.
