IOS10: UITextfield hangs with long input when secureTextEntry

Strange behavior from UITextfields secureTextEntry. Platform: iOS10 Both on iPhone (device) and on Simulator. UITextfieldfreezes with a long input that is larger than the keyboard width when secureTextEntryenabled. The key is pressed on the keyboard.

This seems to be a bug in Apple's SDK in iOS10. I enabled it with the "Correct for adjustment" disabled for the password, (according to:
