I have a sphinx-doc programmatically generated source that uses the Read-The-Docs theme. The source tree looks like this:
source
βββ conf.py
βββ index.rst
βββ models
β βββ 1lin
β β βββ 1lin_Amplero.rst
β β βββ 1lin_Blodgett.rst
β β βββ 1lin_Bugac.rst
β β βββ ..
β β βββ figures

β β β βββ Amplero
β β β β βββ 1lin_Amplero_PLUMBER_plot_all_metrics.png
β β β β βββ 1lin_Amplero_rank_counts_all_metrics.png

βββ sphinx_static

index.rst Includes TOC, for example:
.. toctree::
:maxdepth: 2
model_search
...
and model_search.rstincludes the entire index.rsts model :
.. toctree::
:maxdepth: 1
models/1lin/index
models/2lin/index
...
When I originally created the source using make html, it builds beautifully and creates a TOC that includes all existing models.
, (, 3lin), make build , TOC (1lin, 2lin ..). , TOC , - conf.py (, / autodoc), touch .rst.
