Table - How to replace a data source with only one sheet

I collect data for several brands on google sheets with zapier. I collect information from each sheet as a separate data source in a table. Sheet formatting is uniform, only the values ​​are different.

My goal is to use the completed viz sheet as a template so that I can duplicate the sheet and replace the data source. However, I ran into a problem.

Usually, when replacing a “replace data source” data source, the changes occur at the project level, but I need the changes to occur at the sheet level.

Is there a way to connect a viz list to another data source if the data source has the same formatting as the template file?

When I need to replace a data source with just one sheet, I copy and paste this sheet into a new workbook. Replace it there and copy and paste it back into my original book.

First, it is shown that the function "Replace source for current sheet" is absent as such, but also provides a workaround for this:
