How to install NestedScrollingEnabled in devices with a preliminary leoptype.

Question

I have a layout in which the view is Root CoordinatorLayout , and there is TabLayout and ViewPager . And there are several fragments initialized in the viewpager using the FragmentStatePagerAdapter . Some snippets use ListView , and some use RecyclerView . But browsing with ListView does not scroll properly while the view with RecyclerView is working fine. And if I use:

ViewCompat.setNestedScrollingEnabled(listView, true);

It only works with api level 21 or higher. Can anyone help me here. Thanks at Advance.
