Does the add-in for formatting poor people work for Management Studio 2012 in Management Studio 2016?

Basically the same question as, but now for SSMS 2016.

I installed SSMS 2016 RC3 (along with SSMS2012 and SSMS2014). I also installed the Poor Man formatter and copied the 11.0 folder as 12.0 and 13.0. When starting SSMS2014, I have the menu Tools> Format T-SQL Code. Who I do not have in SSMS106. Am I missing something?
