Apple Connection Failed When Signing Xcode 8

Question

Just created a new user account to verify this problem.

• In the new account, open Xcode 8.0
• Start a new project
• In the general settings, click the "Add Account" button (otherwise it does not start on the device).

• When adding a team (I did not enter the Apple Developer Program for $ 99), it shows these errors:

  Failed to contact Apple . The response data was not a valid plist.
  No profiles found for "..." Xcode could not find any profile profiles matching "...".
