How to send fb app apps like Kiwi app

I received an invitation to fb from a friend through the Kiwi app .

When I clicked this notification, he redirected me to the page of his application in the Google Play Store. I downloaded it and signed up for facebook, giving basic information, a list of friends and permissions to the email address.

When I logged in, the first screen that I see is the next. This is the "invite friends" page, but it surprises me that it does not show the fb invitation dialog, as indicated in the official docs . The white papers do not mention any method for creating your own user interface.

So, how Kiwi managed to create a user interface, download all my friends (all 2000+) and ask me to invite them all. There is even a limit of no more than 50 requests.
