Like @stemcc mentioned before, maybe now. And here is a quick decision on how to do this.
1- Go to the Sublime settings folder and find your theme file.
/Users/{userName}/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Installed Packages/{themeName}.sublime-package
2- Back up the theme file just in case.
3- Add the extension .zipto the theme file and release it.
4- You will see the file {themeName}.sublime-themein files that have no analogues. Open it and paste these codes at the top of the JSON file. You can change the colors in the RGB model.
