Getting "xxx.storyboard is currently blocked because it is a remote resource" as an xcode preview storyboard

In xcode (7.3.1) storyboard, when we click on the assistant editor and select previewthe story panels, we get the result of the storyboard design. At the top there is a lock button, when I click on it, it receives xxx.stroryboard is currently locked because it is a remote resourceand cannot unlock. I also had other questions. 1) I could add options such as iphone 4.4,4.7,3.5 inches, but I could not remove them after adding. How to remove them? 2) I could not move the preview screen to view it and enlarge it because there are no horizontal and vertical scroll bars. How can I scroll it?

Secondly, you can select any preview and press delete keyfrom the keyboard to delete it! and you cannot scroll horizontally in the preview editor. You can scroll vertically scrolleryours mouse, even if the scroll bar is not visible!
