Can I change the user npm?

Question

Editing a profile is simple and intuitive, but it looks like the username change feature is missing. I am trying to find a way to change my npm username from npmjs.com.

The only thing I came across was to register a new user, add him to all packages and make him the owner.

Is there a way that I can just change my npm user?

I suggest contacting npm support for this. AFAIK There is no public official way to change your registered username.
