Primary / foreign keys in Easy Table in Azure mobile apps

I am following this article to create tables in the Azure Mobile service as simple tables on a portal without using any code management studio or SQL server.

But I can not find any option to set the primary key or foreign key for the column.

Please suggest me some ways to do this.
