Calculate the average of several averages

I need to calculate the average of several averages in Crystal Reports with specific criteria. My report has averages for several developer courses. I need to get the average of the average based on the number of courses for this developer:

Course 1 10 responses         Course 1 Average 42.86
Course 2 12 responses         Course 2 Average 39.36

How to create a formula that will give me the correct Average of ((42.86 + 39.36)/2)these two courses for this developer?

Try running Total for this field, where Summary Type is set to Medium. Indicate that the amount should be reset each time it reaches a new development team.
