Microsoft Management Console has stopped working

Question

I am trying to add a snap-in to the Microsoft Management Console on Windows 10. But when I try to add a certificate, I get an error message with the heading Microsoft Management Console has stopped working :

When I click on the Debug button, Visual Studio 2015 gives me the following message:

I tried the solution found by google search to run the sfc / scannow command in the promt command but did not get any result.
