AutoLayout: relative scaling of views

Question

I want to achieve consistent views on different screens. My layout limitations work fine on small screens, but they are scrambled on large screens.

I made a view (the red border denoting this view) and attached it to the main super-view. Then I did a sub view and placed it inside this view. I anchored the upper lower trailing and the leading edge of the layout, which contains a button for its parent view (Red border pointing to this view). The button containing the view looks like this on a small screen (iPhone 5).
