Typescript: cannot find my user library module

Why is my ng2-orm package not imported (or vscode not recognized) when I import Config from 'ng2-orm';

I am trying to create my own TS library for use in angular2 and ionic2. I researched and searched, and I can’t understand why this does not succeed, and this may be due to some incompleteness on my part.

I understand that this is only the beginning, but I would suggest that everything exported from within the project should be accessible. Does the ngModule definition I need?

I provide package.json, some folder structure, gulp (so you can see it) and tsconfig.json

Everything compiles fine, etc.
