In which the undermining of gcc 4.8 was declared std :: prom & std :: future

In which subversion of gcc 4.8 was std :: prom and std :: future introduced? Looked at gcc.gnu.org release information.

I assume that these functions belong to the category of concurrency as a subcategory of some other function. But the column is just mentioned in 4.8
