Chrome Unloading Style Sheets on Middle Click

We had a weird problem that I'm not sure how to handle, and I think it might be due to a recent update to Google Chrome, but I would like some way to check sanity before I open the bug tracker problem .

Problem

We have an internal web application available to our users to access Google Chrome. Starting around the beginning of last week, we noticed that when users visit medium links, one or more of our stylesheets becomes inaccessible to this page.

Oddly enough, scaling / opening or opening Chrome Devtools reapplies these style sheets to the page. If you open the sources tab in Devtools and look at the loaded stylesheets, when the layout works, we see a complete list of stylesheets. When the user clicks on the link, the style sheet area blinks and the CSS file is not listed. I / O scaling re-adds the missing CSS file to the source list and renders the page correctly.

Troubleshooting

Thinking it was some kind of JavaScript function, I watched the elements to make sure that there were no changes in the DOM (we think that we can add a class to our wrapper elements in the event of a crash). There are no DOM changes that I see, and I don't see inline styles applied to HTML elements.
