How to execute spring-boot: run from terminal for remote debugging

I am trying to run a command ./mvnw spring-boot:runso that I can perform remote debugging for this process.

I tried

 ./mvnw exec:exec
           -Dexec.executable="java"
           -Dexec.args="-agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=5005"
           spring-boot:run

I get a magazine Listening for transport dt_socket at address: 5005

But I get an error and the maven process terminates

Note. I use Maven Wrapper to execute the maven life cycle, therefore, I do not have access to mvnDebug
