New iOS version in Xcode 8 GM not found in iTunesconnection

Question

I can’t find my newly downloaded build in iTunesconnect when I click "Choose a version to test" for TestFlight.

When I tried to download again, my Xcode shows:

But where to find my binary? And how to choose a recently downloaded beta build for TestFlight? Thank.

Why can't you find your recently downloaded versions:

• Check your email. And the app store app checks my email for lack of user usage description.
• Add the key and string value to the Info.plist requested by the App Store.
