Build Fails for Android Studio

Question

This is the error I get:

Error:Execution failed for task ':app:transformClassesWithPreJackPackagedLibrariesForDebug'.
> Failed to delete temporary file C:\Users\Jesse\AppData\Local\Temp\jill-1473722184552-0.jack

Gradle, but projects cannot be created. A similar error in every project.

I'm really not sure what to do here. I reinstalled Android Studio, but that didn’t solve anything.

May be a simple solution. Have you tried the file / invalidate Caches / Restart ...?

I solved this by making sure that I uninstall all the SDKs for Android and Gradle and completely uninstall everything related to Android Studio and reinstall everything again.

Somehow it worked.

This post suggested that this error could be caused by Avira Antivirus. Disabling real-time protection actually allowed me to compile my project without error. Other suggestions did not help me.
