Can I create Chocolatey packages on Linux?

It's pretty easy to create Chocolatey packages on a Windows machine. But so far I have not found a documented way to create packages on Linux.

For example, how can I run choco.exea Windows executable on Linux?

Since about 2014, Chocolatey has been launched on Linux computers (supported by Mono). Rob Reynolds, creator of Chocolatey, showcased this feature at PuppetConf 2014 . The package creation demo starts after about 11 minutes in this video. As a result, the process of creating the Chocolatey package, that is choco pack, is currently supported.
