I installed the server WAMPand launched the application. The icon on the taskbar remains orange and says that "the local server is 1 in 2 running services." In addition, I can see the page phpMyAdminin the browser, but when I try to log in, it gives the following error:
I checked port 80 and got this answer:

I believe that the above result means that there are no problems with the port. I even tried changing the port and still gives the same status - an orange icon.
Note. When a prompt from the Windows Firewall was shown after installing WAMP, I did not provide access to both private and public networks, i.e. did not remove both options.
Please help me run both services on the local server.
