The error “Connection closed by peer” occurs in Android 7.0 Nougat when connecting to SHA256 CA installed Windows 2003 Server SP2 via HTTPS

My application interacts with the server interface (classic ASP) via HTTPS.
This was very good in the previous version of Android 7.0 Nougat. (up to 6.0)
But a connection closed by a peer-to-peer error occurs on the Android 7.0 phone and AVD (Android virtual device).
The server is Windows 2000 Server SP2 (SSL certificate was updated from SHA1 to SHA256 on July 23, 2016), HTTPS, classic ASP
The GeoTrust server SSL certificate certificate verification status is similar to below (Cryptoreport.geotrust.com/checker/views/certCheck. jsp)
GeoTrust verification status screen taken from my server certificate
(Protocols not included: TLS1.1, TLS1.2)

In my opinion, Android 7.0 does not allow SSL-acknowledgment with Windows 2003 Server TLS1.0 (only TLSv1.1, TLSv1.2 can support successful confirmation of communication with the SHA256 certificate?)
Is this correct? And I just found this hot solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968730
Could this be a solution?

How could I fix this problem
